About Suleah
I didn’t build this
from theory.
I built it from ashes.
I help Xennial creatives and professionals reset, refocus, and rise again after life’s plot twists, using nervous-system-aware coaching, The Focus & Flow Framework™, and a little bit of style.
Fashion designer. Yoga instructor. Creative Confidence & Life + Style Coach. Creator of The Phoenix Method™.

Who I am in a nutshell
Creative Confidence & Life + Style Coach, Yoga Instructor, Fashion Designer
What I do
I help Xennial creatives move from burnout and overthinking into Focus & Flow, with structure that respects their energy.
Who I serve
Creatives, multi-hyphenates, and professionals navigating transitions in health, career, identity, family, or body.
How I help
Coaching, style, yoga, speaking, and apparel-brand consulting, all rooted in The Phoenix Method™.
The origin story
From Fashion Director to The Phoenix Method™
I spent 19+ years in fashion design and product creation, including high-pressure design and director-level environments. I loved the work. I was also very good at ignoring my own limits to keep the calendar happy.
Then my body called a meeting. An ulcerative-colitis diagnosis, flares, and full-body burnout rearranged how I could live and work. Yoga came in 2009, not for aesthetics, but for survival and regulation. Breath first. Ambition later.
Healing, inner work, fashion, wellness, and coaching stopped being separate lanes and became one integrated method: structure that respects the nervous system, and style that affirms who you’re becoming.
The Phoenix Method™ is what I built when I realized I couldn’t go back to “normal”, and now it’s how I help other people design their next chapter from the inside out.
